Buzzing in Google’s Hot Trends this evening are two fun searches: “obama tax calculator” and “palin as president.”
The first search (hotness: “on fire” as seen in the pic) refers to the tax calculator created by the Obama campaign, which tells me that not only will my taxes go down, but Barack Obama will personally come to my house and balance my checkbook on a monthly basis. Not everyone loves the calculator; but bravo to the campaign for figuring out that a simple interactive feature can do wonders for a website!
The next search I noticed: palin as president, is a humor piece showing Sarah Palin enjoying the oval office. A little like “tickle me Elmo,” Palin as President says a different silly phrase each time you click on her. I wonder if my cousin over at Science will enjoy seeing her magazine in the garbage can.
