Obama day searches: voting results and moving on

This morning’s searches looked back at the night before: vote results, electoral vote counts, mccain speech, barack obama acceptance speech, world reaction to election.
This afternoon’s searches are looking forward: rahm emanuel, chief of staff, obama transition team, obama cabinet, inauguration day 2009.
And coming in at Google hot trend #100 this afternoon: “palin 2012.”
Looking ahead, indeed!

Eleventh Hour Election Searches: “proposition [x]” and “where to vote”

The night before the election, people are looking for the locations of polls near them (”where do I vote”), and similar logistics (”what time do polls open”, “voting polls hours”).
